Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Craftedonehandma ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Craftedonehandma. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Description

Craftedonehandma provides personal shopping concierge services, including but not limited to:

• Personal shopping assistance and guidance
• Wardrobe consultation and styling services
• Closet editing and organization
• Capsule wardrobe creation
• Gift shopping services
• Online shopping guidance and support
• Style profile development
• Color and body type analysis

All services are provided by qualified personal stylists and shopping consultants. We strive to provide high-quality, personalized service tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

Service Booking and Payment

Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for packages
• Individual services may require a deposit with balance due on completion
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

Service fees cover our styling and consultation services only. Clothing purchases, alterations, and other retail transactions are separate and made directly between you and the retailer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed refund information.

We understand that emergencies occur. In cases of genuine emergency or illness, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your style preferences, needs, and body measurements
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice if running late
• Communicate openly about your budget, expectations, and any concerns
• Respect the time and expertise of our stylists and staff
• Treat all staff and consultants with courtesy and respect
• Provide honest feedback to help us improve our services
• Make payment for services as agreed upon booking

Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific item availability at stores (inventory changes frequently)
• Exact price matches across different retailers (prices may vary)
• Perfect fit of all recommended items (sizing may vary by brand and style)
• Client satisfaction with all selected pieces (personal preferences vary)
• Immediate availability of preferred appointment times
• Results that match specific style goals if budget constraints are significant

We will work diligently to meet your needs within the constraints of availability, budget, and time.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, style guides, and other materials, is the property of Craftedonehandma and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

Any style guides, mood boards, or personalized style documents created for you are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftedonehandma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages resulting from items purchased during shopping sessions

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftedonehandma, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any items you purchase during or after our services

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Material changes to terms will be communicated via email to registered clients when possible.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Craftedonehandma regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
